Great experience. Adrian was fantastic, and went over my entire car with me. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful. I was updated at every stage of repair.

A fantastic experience as a first time customer!! I brought my car in to get an estimate on removing a surface scratch on my car. Within 10 minutes they not only removed the initial scratch but they also buffed out another minor scratch that I didn't even mention to them. When I asked them how much I owe them, they said it was complementary 'no charge'. Wow!! I was very impressed with their generosity and their focus on providing a great first impression to a brand new customer! I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need repairs or bodywork done in the future!

I have had my E90 in for warranty work a few times and they do not disappoint. My baby comes back looking “absolutely fabulous” My contact is with Chelsea whom is very knowledgeable and accommodating, she really is a great ambassador for Heartland. They get my full recommendation. Danny
