Never shopping or buying protein shake here when one of your particular employees is around. (Bald guy who's always frustrated with his job). Never does he gives you the loyalty points on my purchases. Says yeah dw your good to go and next time you return back, the points never get added.
The two other guys working there, keep it up, great customer experience, but sorry had to give 4 star short as this experience has occurred multiple times with the same person working.

Great place for shakes and knowledge. Went in and sampled a flavor I would never have thought of.... OMG, so good I bought 5kgs of it.
Nice to be able to get their knowledge of products and manufacturer's. And to be able to try the product is a huge plus.
And they belong to 5stars points program. Easy to earn free stuff or discounts!

Staff helped me pick a new supplement. Very helpful. Products are pricey but on market with other less helpful companies. Herc's Heartland is a great option.

Great selection of supplements and great advice from the staff.

Might be a good idea to adjust store hours if it's tough to open at 10 on the weekends. Sucks driving across the city and the staff isn't there yet.
