Every time we call to order parts, the receptionist rushes us, she doesn’t want to answer our questions to make sure she is preparing the correct part. She literally says “I have people on the other line!!!”. And then 9 time’s out of 10 she orders the wrong part anyway. We just want to communicate to make sure the part is correct...

Great place with lots on inventory. But it’s just annoying to deal with on other occasions as well with different employees.
