(October 24, 2019, 7:14 pm)Discount offers a great priced option. However at the local store level, It would be advisable to get a dedicated customer service staff that can look after customers. Since their staff are multi tasking, it is difficult to provide a "total customer" experience, when they are having to deal with outside/inside work. This is in particular important at the beginning/ end of day the day when they are most busy.

I have found them always to be professional, courteous, and helpful with ideas to make my experience pleasant.
They are up front about the terms and ensure that I understand everything before signing the dotted line.
