“I rented a vehicle with Iversta for 2 weeks and I was skeptical as I have never used them before but I had a great experience renting with them. I called them and asked what insurance information they needed if I was to decline insurance and they informed me. The pick up procedure from the airport was very quick and they provided Excellent customer service and a quick refund when there was a mistake on my final bill payment. “Renting from thrifty was way too expensive. For 2 nights and 3 days my total was $654.00. I ended up bringing the rental back early and there were no deductions in cost. The total I was first quoted was $393.00, which is a significant difference. Otherwise the car was fine, had some scrapes and minor damage, but was nice to drive. Not $654.00 nice to drive though ?.”

“First of all, this was my first time ever renting from Discount- and I would do it again and again... Especially at this location. I needed a rental while my car was getting fixed under my insurance claim- I was having a rough day as Enterprise had no cars available and I felt like I was left stranded. Frank- one of the managers, stayed not only past closing to help me deal with getting me a rental, but upgraded me on a rental that I was beyond happy with. He made the entire process easy, fast and efficient so I walked out of there satisfied. To conclude my rental, I had another manager (I could not get his name- October 3) deal with me to finish everything off and he drove me back to where I needed to go and he was very polite and well- mannered and ensured my time with the rented vehicle was satisfying- customer service was beyond top notch from start to finish.”

“I had a WONDERFUL experience with Leila and Jamal after encountering a very ignorant employee at the check out kiosk for Dollar at Pearson airport. Leila was so compassionate and patient as my mother in law and I tried to sort out the deposit on her credit card for the rental. She held our reservation and ensured we didn't loose our really good rate that we booked at. Finally 2 hours later we drove off to the funeral we needed to attend in Nova Scotia from Toronto.
