The staff were really, really great, Ummia went above and beyond to help me. I broke the side handle of my glasses frames, and she was extremely helpful and called somebody to deliver the same frames as I had before. Another person also traveled a long distance to have my special myopia lenses put in the frame, and it was such amazing customer service that they did this for me in such a short time, all so I could go on my school trip with working glasses. The staff were all very caring as well, and I will definitely remember this for a long time. I’d give six stars if I could!

Excellent service by Ummia and Zaheer. They were so helpful and accommodating with our visioncare needs. Despite being busy and handling multiple customers they were on top of their game. Ummia fully understood insurance claiming and coordination of benefits which made it very efficient. 10/10 definitely recommend!

We had an appointment at 6:20 and had to wait for more than 30 minutes, this is not the first time this kind of delay happened either. You need to improve your time management and organization to make sure patients meet the doctor on time.

On June 14, Wednesday I visited the store with a new vision prescription and asked if I can pick up the glasses in two days which is Friday due to the personal reasons. Fatima, the lady in the store, helped to rush the order. I have had my glasses on times. Fatima worked efficiently with an excellent outcome. Thank you so much!
