I needed physiotherapy on my muscles in my groin area which was causing some discomfort during hip movement. I had 10 sessions with Mrs Sahibaa and she is very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The home program she administered encompasses stretching and strengthening exercises for the affected and neighboring muscles, and I must say, the results have been phenomenal. I would highly recommend Physio Connect to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Physio Connect. The customer service at this clinic is phenomenal, everyone is absolutely sweet and you can tell that they genuinely want you to get better. They will go out of their way to ensure that get the help you need. I came in with excruciating pain in my left knee and I have noticed the pain has gone down a lot. The physiotherapist and PT assistant are very knowledgeable and assist with different exercises. They take the time to explain the modalities, what to expect and ensure you are comfortable throughout the entire process.
