We recently wanted to move our banking business to HSBC and was referred to Susanna Choi (Premier Relationship Manager) via their website. I had been apprehensive as the customer service reviews for HSBC Canada generally and this branch specifically are not great. But Susanna has been absolutely outstanding to work with. We’ve met with her a couple of times, and with all that’s been involved (ton of paperwork) she has been absolutely diligent, thorough, friendly, efficient, accommodating, etc etc. She’s made sure that we are informed on all our choices, has good recommendations and ensures that we are realizing on all the offers available (to new customers switching business from other institutions).
