Great experience here! Had to pick up something from curb side service and Anthony was phenomenal. He was very understanding and had great customer service. I appreciated it!

I was looking for a children's book at the Erin Mills location but couldn't locate it so I asked a staff member for some assistance. The store system indicated they had 3 copies of the book in stock but she too couldn't locate them. Although I was willing to get another book the staff member asked other employees to help with the search. They didn't give up until they discovered that the books were infact in the store but had to be kept in isolation for 72 hours because they had been previously purchased and returned. I was so pleased at how helpful they all were. Wonderful costumer service!! Thank you!

Excellent bookstore with lots of options to explore for adults and kids. Friendly and helpful staff.
