As anyone who goes to MAC stores knows, it can be difficult to secure one-on-one time with a staff member, but NOT at this location. Located inside the Bay at Erin Mills Town Centre, several times now I was able to walk in and immediately converse with their staff. Patient, professional customer service. Wonderful. Thank you.

They have good collection, need to improve staff awareness and service.

Great location and positioning however was honestly shocked that they don’t offer samples when I asked for one.

Sales girl are very helpful, they helped me to find the exact foundation for my skin..
