I was so impressed working with Fahad Zafar! I needed to get a cell phone for work quickly, once he knew my needs, he gave me a recommendation, clearly explained pricing and I was able to walk out of the mall with my phone! He stayed about 10 - 15 minutes past 9 pm just to complete the sale. He was terrific in answering all of my questions. I am so impressed with Fahad and the cell phone plan that I am switching providers to Koodo!

Fahad Zafar was very welcoming and friendly. He answered all my questions patiently and helped me pick the best deal according to my needs. He offered to transfer all my data from my old phone to the new phone, even though it was already 9 PM.

Went for an activation and the employee named Fahad helped me out. He was very welcoming and friendly got me ported over from Virgin onto koodo with a nice plan that fit my needs. He even made me an email and registered my account. He was very thorough and efficient in doing his job. Thanks again Fahad!

highly recommended even for current in market plans. They have trade in bonus with old phone, extra long long distance minutes etc.
