Khalid was very helpful and polite. He was knowledgeable and able to help with everything he knew. He was honest enough to say "I don't know" when he didn't have an answer, and was able to find out. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Maple Appliance Direct had a great selection to choose from, especially in the clearance final sale area. Customer service was a great help and very knowledgeable. We are from Hamilton and it was worth the drive. Thank you Maple Appliance Direct.

The prices of Maple Appliance Direct are great. I purchased a refrigerator which was on special for the Floor Model, however Muhammad gave me the same price for the boxed refrigerator. Overall a great experience, Muhammad also scheduled the delivery of the fridge at an earlier date. Overall 5 star ratings to Maple Appliance Direct.
