Great customer service and price... will definitely recommend

Nice place with so many tile options but they didn't have much in beige colour so couldn't get anything. Also it doesn't seem like they have larger size tiles that is usually available at other times specialty stores.

My wife and I visited the store and were beyond thrilled with the customer service offered by Manny (👏) from the store.
She is by far the best sales person I have ever come across, always paying attention to the details of our bathroom renovations.
She not only made sure everything was correct when we had questions (even after store was closed) but helped guide us through some of the challenges we faced in our renovations.
We will be back 100% because of Manny and her many AMAZING talents!

I had been to many tiles shops in the past few days, and I was very discouraged. Nobody would help me or give me their time, so I decided to try The Tile Shoppe. Immediately, as soon as I walked into the store, Manny was right there by my side asking me if I needed help. Manny spent so much time with me. She ran around the store and brought out tile after tile sample for me to see what matched with the stone I brought in. She gave me so much time, and was so patient and pleasant with me, until I found the perfect tile for my shower and shower floor. I am so grateful for Manny's excellent customer service. Thank-you Manny. I am so happy I went to The Tile Shoppe, and they will always be my first pick to shop in the future. I am one very happy customer!!

Price is usually great but what really sets them apart from other tile retailers is that most items are in stock and can be picked up immediately.

The staff has great product knowledge and fairly good design sense.

Overall, a great place to shop for consumers and contractors.
