We had a great first experience with Volkswagen, all thanks to Rani and Dave. It was refreshing to be able to work with female sales person while buying a vehicle - something that I think buyers experience far too infrequently. Rani was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, and she worked late hours and even from home while I was in the shopping process. The team made me feel welcome and in good hands the whole time and I look forward to the duration of my lease with our new Tiguan.

The service centre is amazing I love the staff, they explain everything they do in detail to make you feel confident on the road. Samson was amazing at guiding me through what was done and what needs to be done in the future in order to remove any panic. I recommend any VW work to be done here. 10/10
