We went to Erin Mills Mazda to buy a car. Mina, our sales rep. was fantastic. He made us feel very comfortable and was very attentive to our budget and our needs in a car. He gave us options, new and used and made the decision process very unique to our needs. We recommend Mina at Erin Mills Mazda to anyone looking for a good experience when buying/leasing a car.

Good location, pleasant staff, however, take time to read and review each line item in the contract, ask questions prior to signing. They use a middleman negotiation approach which can be unsettling at times.

Do research on the vehicle prior to visiting the dealership! Mazda cars are excellent!

I recently purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 sport from Erin Mills Mazda. Mina was the sales person to assist me with the purchase of this vehicle. Mina always had my best interest in mind, he is very kind and easy going, and I didn’t feel any pressure while working with him. He is extremely helpful and patient, and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. Mina understood my budget and provided me with a great deal. He even included some extras that other dealerships weren’t willing to offer. Mina made the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle as a first time buyer very painless and enjoyable. Did not have to wait too long for the car to come. Sales rep was good. Generally in all car dealerships they need to be more aware of women. Example if you are accompanied by a man they tend to speak to the man even if the car is for her. Also always have the car warmed up and defrosted in the winter for pick up..nice customer service gesture.

Walked in undecided, but left happy knowing I made the right decision in buying a CX-5 — that’s how I felt with the team at Erin Mills Mazda (especially Austin).

I initially did not plan on buying a car that day, but after an informative talk with Austin and driving the SUV myself, my wife and I instantly fell in love with the car. He even made me compare the driving experience between this one and the popular Mazda 3 Sport. After a short discussion with my wife, we bought our first car on the first of Fall.
