A thirty year old hinge failed on one of my kitchen cupboards. It took a bit but thanks to the lady who answered the phone (never got her name) and Customer Service Rep Ryan, my replacement hinges arrived this week. A perfect fit. Best part - free!
Salice solved the problem where as the company where we purchased our kitchen failed us. The three bifold/lift up cabinets did not remain up nor did they relax properly. The hinges on these cabinets were made by Salice, so we called them and explained the problem. They were beyond amazing. A manager was at our home within 2 days, discovered the problem and they are now perfect in the way they open and close. I have never dealt with a company that stands behind it products in this manner before. 5 stars all the way.
