I’m very frustrated that I was told by Jessica the only way to go about acquiring a specific product was to order online, so I placed the order online, only to find out I could NOT get the product at the same price as in store and not only that, the entire time she seemed burdened with speaking to me and made it clear she had far better things to do. I’m thankful Alexandra was patient with me through my frustration and is the reason I was able to get the product at the price advertised in store. I'm also thankful that the store manager (whose name I didn't get) tried to make amends, but the more I think about how I was originally treated the more upset I become. What a shame.

Visited the Mississauga location, nice selection off furniture
and accessories. Staff was very helpful and gave us good knowledge of furniture and also showed us what's available online Well priced items.

Fast becoming one of our favourite furniture / home deco spots. I often find a gem that's too good to give up. They have a decent range and I've found the quality to be excellent for the price. The staff has always been friendly and cooperative.
