Etihad Airways

I recently returned from a trip to Bangkok with my partner and it was our first flight with Etihad. Overall, we had a very comfortable and smooth flight. We found the food quality to be decent and the in-flight entertainment plentiful. This is an airline I would recommend and look forward to flying with again.

There were problems for this particular trip from the beginning, until I booked the ticket with Etihad Airways and the customer service helped me and solved my previous problems with other airlines. The staff is so kind and helpful. 10/10 indeed!

I traveled with Etihad in October, we arrived at the airport and the airport staff were great, especially Jayne and another young gentleman. The manager was great and helped us with our luggage. The flight staff on the way to our destination, was not friendly at all, responding with a lot of attitude and negative energy but back on the flight we had good and friendly staff who looked after us well.

I was reading reviews of the Etihad before the trip and was very concerned because of the ratings. But I have nothing but praise for the Etihad, 4 flights took off on time, the staff were brilliant and attentive and the seats were very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this airline to anyone, I regret that I digested all the bad reviews before going on holiday as they were completely unfounded on my journey.

Exceptional flights to Thailand from Manchester and back. I have used Etihad many times and it was the best in 18 years of travelling. They really made an effort to take care of me and it was a real step up in quality and service after covid lockdown etc.
The cabin crew managers looked out for me to make me feel welcome and I had a business class upgrade for my flight back to Manchester. So 5 star service from start to finish for me and this flight.
