I started with an initial consultation several months back and till this day continue to work with him on my fitness and lifestyle goals.

He creates tailored fitness plans, breaks down all workouts in detail, focuses on strength & mobility with injury prevention in mind, and makes sure im constantly keeping my health and fitness in check. Hands down, the best trainer i have come across!

I signed up for training sessions with Marco, and was hesitant at first since I had never used a personal trainer, but Marco immediately put me at ease. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and together we made a simple workout routine that I could easily do from my home. He came to the gym in my condo and showed me ways to use the machines and create an easy routine I could keep up in my everyday life. I highly recommend Marco whether you are new to exercise routines, or if you are stuck in a routine and need a new plan to get to the next level!

Marco truly gets to know his clients and genuinely cares about their health and well being. I know that there were times that I would give up on my training . He takes the time to understand what is impeding my success and works very patiently in working around it.
