Lakeshore Apartments by CLV Group is a great place to live! The suites have recently been renovated and we are close to laundry services, fitness centre, pool and more. Our parking spot is also near our unit which is very convenient. Hayley was amazing to deal with during the application process and has continued to be very responsive to any questions or requests we have. The one time we placed a maintenance request, the Superintendent arrived to take care of it within 15 minutes and solved the issue quickly and completely. Very thankful to live here!!
Great place to live. Quiet. Friendly staff and any maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with quickly!
Living at Lakeshore Apartments was good. The building is clean, quite and close to everything. Jaspreet & Ewa are very helpful with getting set up in the apartment & transitioning out & the folks that maintain the building do an outstanding job. I had no worries having friends & family over as the residents are polite, courteous and respectful of one another. Overall, one of the best places I've rented in Mississauga.
Excellent management with lot of courtesy and understanding about the tenants. Courteous and friendly staff. Especially superintendent, his family and other colleagues at 2757 are very nice and helpful. Last but not the least Jasi and Ewa have been great in their management role ????????????????????
