“I joined Rocky's fitness classes in the middle of the pandemic when we were all locked up inside. I found out about him through a friend and I cannot thank her enough. Initially, I just joined thinking it would be great to do something active over the summer months and shed some pounds. Little did I expect that I would get so strong just in a few months and also be shocked at my own body's ability. I am almost 50 years old and my strength amazes me sometimes. Two months ago I moved 1200 pounds of flagstone all by myself and the first person I sent a photo to was my trainer, Rocky. Just so I could show him what his fitness classes did for me. “I started my RYT200 training in May 2020 and finished in September 2020. My teacher, Pritpal, has great enthusiasm for teaching. She stays patient and makes students feel comfortable while learning.Mind to body goes out of the way to make sure the foundations of yoga are learned by students to make for very effective yoga teachers. I would highly recommend joining Mind to Body yoga for teacher training or to start/deepen your yoga practice.”
