I bought the tomo coffee table and although it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, I love my purchase. It was worth the wait.
I probably emailed customer service every month about my table and they always responded to me right away. They sent me a little gift basket when my table arrived with a hand written note. Very thoughtful and overall very pleased.

MFKTO answered all of our questions in a prompt manner and made the shopping experience very easy. A dining table we ordered had some imperfections (through no fault of MFKTO) and it was extremely easy to get it exchanged. They even reached out after the exchange to make sure the piece was right and we were happy. They went above and beyond!

Beautiful furniture. Well priced. Great service. Just be sure they have what you want in stock when you order otherwise be prepared to wait 4-5 MONTHS for delivery. I will happily buy from them again.

I was a little skeptical about buying a couch online without trying it first as it is a big investment but the MFKTO team was incredibly helpful! Valentina answered all of my questions to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. There were some delays which is expected with the current state of the world but I finally received my couch and the quality is amazing! It is so so comfortable and it exceeded all my expectations! The delivery crew was so nice and professional too. They helped me assemble it and took all garbage with them - so easy! Thanks again MFKTO!! I’m so happy with my couch!
