Mr. Lube in Walmart

Fast service. High prices though it's worth it.

Not sure why this place got such bad reviews, my experience was nothing short of amazing. For starters, this was literally the only auto shop opened during Labor Day; perfect for an emergency repair if you need it when every other shop was closed. Heather is a gem of an associate there, she is as knowledgeable as she is helpful and went out of her way to provide the truly best customer service. I had a bad flat tire that needed a replacement because it couldn't be patched up and my specific tire size was not a common size so there were none in stock. Heather was so personable in helping me find a solution by contacting her connects to help me find a tire (she did not have to do this at all). In the end, I actually got a tire on Kijiji and did not need Mr. Lube but Heather had done so much work to remove the tire, inspect it, put the spare on BUT she did not charge me a single penny! I was expected to pay the inspection fee at the very least but she was so personable and empathetic with my situation that she did not charge me anything. I highly recommend Mr. Lube in Square One and could not give enough praises about Heather.

Very efficient and courteous staff and service! Inspected and assessed my car properly and explained me all the issues that i had. Definitely will he coming here from now on! Thank you once again!

Just came in for a flat tire (big nail in sidewall) and was told it is not repairable so I have to go to my own tires shop now. but at least the inspection charge was disclosed before hand and they helped me to put on the spare and even showed me how to install wiper blades that I bought from Walmart for free. The shop was not busy in this early cold winter so I didn’t have to wait. Cody was very professional and enthusiastic so I think they deserve a 5star. Will definitely think of coming back again. Thanks guys.
