Just came here for winter tires for my Mercedes ML - once again, Mario saved me a couple hundred dollars and I'm loving my new tires.

There is no other place I would go, they do a great job to make sure they find you the best price. All work I have had done by them was done right.

Boy am I grateful for recommendations from locals who know. From the moment I walked in on a BUSY Saturday, I received excellent service. Beginning with the gentleman at the front desk going outside to check the size and condition of my tires and then patiently explaining my options. I was told there were several customers in front of me, and that there would likely be over an hour wait. I could not be more pleased with the service and efficiency of National Tire Sales.

I've been going to National Tire for years and can say that service has definitely improved. As a woman it's hard to get treated with the same respect as male customers especially in the automotive industries. But going here I always feel I'm treated fairly and not being conned into buying something I don't need. Mario tells you like it is and always tries to give you the best deal for your budget, which I appreciate. I've recommended National Tire to family, friends and co-workers. Whether I've needed a tire repair, replacement, or new tires/rims, it's always been a good experience. They do get busy especially during this time of year so pack your patience and don't take your frustration out on the staff, they're doing their best to get you out safe and in a timely manner.

This is a business run by a young couple that truly understands customer service. Friendly, courteous and remarkably helpful.

I purchased a used tire that, unfortunately had a previously unidentified, small flaw. A repair was attempted but the tire proved not repairable. What did the owner do? Incredibly, he took an almost new tire, of the same size as mine, from his OWN vehicle and put it on mine. What did he charge for this “tire off his own car” service? NOTHING! It was considered as customer service, for the trouble with the first tire. Where are you going to find that? NOWHERE!

I highly recommend National Tire for anyone who is looking for helpful, honest and courteous service. Oh, and prices are great too!
