Great experience! Friendly and courteous staff in the front office and the technicians really know their stuff. I have a 1979 Corvette and they knew exactly how to treat her special needs.

Wow! What wonderful customer service - why can't I give them 6 stars!

My car has a "rain sensor" on the windshield that determines the speed of the intermittent wipers. Speedy moved the sensor from my damaged windshield to the new one that I purchased from them about two years ago. Recently the intermittent wipers stopped working. However they worked when I pushed the sensor against the windshield. I could only guess that the mounting was no longer working.

So . . . two years later I walked into their location and was met by two smiling and friendly front-desk customer service agents. After explaining the problem (to both of them) one agent asked for my keys and in a minute or two my car was in the rear service area. I could see what was being done by one or two windshield "experts." They worked for about 20 minutes and I was asked to go to the back and check their work. Yes, they fixed it immediately. I was told that Lexus used tape to hold the sensor and they changed the tape to some sort of glue Speedy uses to remount rear vision mirrors. I was out of there in 30 minutes.
