(August 22, 2020, 12:36 pm)Great building, centrally located close to parks, shopping & transit, friendly neighbours, management is helpful. They have modernised & renovate lobby, new gym, carpeting & painting in hallways, also they are going to install security cameras all over the place....They have one flat CONDO FEES FOR ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED . Very child friendly place with children playroom and renovated party room.
(January 16, 2019, 8:30 pm)Recently the lobby has been renovated. Just waiting for the new furniture. Lived here for few years and overall friendly neighbours no issues and very great location to live if you don’t have a car! Close to Cooksville GO, Metro Grocery, & Square One.
