The Elmwoods

There is only two words that can describe this place and that is simply amazing.

Lived here for almost 4 years, this apartment is at an excellent location, close to bus stops, on Highway 10, near downtown Mississauga. It's very well managed and maintained. We had no complaints, the landlord takes care of any issues with your unit. The underground parking very spacious and accessible. The floors and common areas are cleaned regularly, lifts are kept in good condition. Overall it was a memorable experience living at Elmwoods.

The Elmwoods provides an environment that always feels warm and welcoming. The staff are always caring and attentive and work their best to provide the upmost hospitality - this includes their attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness of the building and surrounding area. Would highly recommend to all future renters - and the location is great too!

Good quality apartment with central heating and cooling system. No dish water. Common washer and dryer. Management is good but maximum time you can’t reach them through phone.

I have good experience here. I am living from 1 year. Great location. Good size units with reasonable rent. Good maintenance.
