I actually was one of the kids in the house!
The staff back then Yvvone, Alishya, Lindsey, Agatha were literally amazing! They guided and gave me amazing advice. Thank you for all you did, I wish all of you stuck around a little more so the rest of these kids could have had your guidance!

I really like how safe and comfortable this shelter was and how staff were like family when they talk to you. Definitely really helped me get on my feet until..... one of the staff who also so happens to be part of the LGBTQ+ Community decided that it was clearly fair to accuse me; a straight black Male of disrespect and without actual warning band me from July or mid August until exactly my birthday which is October 14th. He also threw away my belongings. Staff say I should report him but I kinda let it go.
Helped me my brother and cousin back in the late 90s the workers and stuff we got help with was a great place for teens
This place is incredible.. I moved in from Oshawa, they help you and definitely get you into a better spot. I'll forever be grateful for my time spent here!
