Excellent management team! Everything from application process to move in process was very smooth. The office staff are amazingly responsive helpful and friendly.
The building is very elegant with green friendly designs with the contemporary fixtures and features.
I love the apartment. It is modern , comfortable and bright. Absolutely beautiful.

Excellent upper management team, onboarding was a breeze and the team is a pleasure to work with. The Kay is a beautiful, clean, and brand new building, easily the nicest in the area. Looking forward to working with everyone and meeting all the tenants!

Moving to the "Kay" was the best decision my husband and I's ever made! It's like living in a hotel everyday, imagine waking up with a gorgeous Toronto skyline view every single morning. The whole building is not yet 100% finished, but we love everthing about it! From the staff, they are all very friendly and helpful, the space from the hallways to the kitchen, to the living room, washroom and last but not the least the bedrooms are very generous in sizes. All was done with perfection and elegance! You're literally living in a hotel-like atmosphere. Most of all the sound proofing is the best! I hate living in an apartment where you can here your neighbour's noise, and because I chose the Dixie road side to specifically see the beautiful Toronto skyline, as soon as I close the windows, you don't hear anything. Everything they said about the "Kay" in the website, are all true. And the neighborhood, everything you need are just a few steps away, bus stops right infront of the building, groceries, gas station, coffee shops, bakery, super markets, malls, library, community centre etc. and more, you name it it's just all around the neighborhood I can all see them from our beautiful and generously done valcony!!
