I contacted RFP to have my 4 waiting room chairs reupholstered. With a very prompt reply, they informed me they could come and pick my chairs up within the next week and return them a week later. I can not believe how wonderful they look (even better then the originals). I let them choose the material and pick what they felt would withstand being used constantly day after day. I am over the moon pleased with Ryan and his customer service. I would highly recommend this company 100%.
