Richcasa Drapery & Decor

We had an absolute excellent experience with Richcasa. They specialize in custom drapes (made with fabrics manufactured from their own factory abroad). We were looking to replace the drapes in our living room and my wife found them via a Google search. When we visited their showroom, we pleasantly found it was only about 5 minutes from our home. Though our order was relatively small (compared to the larger orders they typically do), they took over an hour to go over different fabrics with us and help us decide on a two-tone solution. They were very upfront with us regarding the delivery window (as the fabrics would have to be brought in from abroad). They informed us of a 3-day window in which they would perform the installation. On the day of the installation, we had a massive snowstorm in Mississauga and I didn't even plan on them showing up. However exactly at the time they specified, they arrived and installed all the drapes. We were honestly more than impressed. It has been over a month now since the drapes were installed and we are so happy with them. We very highly recommend Richcasa. Monika and Anuj were truly awesome. You will not have any regrets dealing with them.
