Royal Home Improvements

I enjoyed working with my project manager, Keith Rout, and his team. They were very professional. I'm really pleased with the bathroom reno. Almost everything I noticed, Keith already had on his list to be fixed. Thanks for the good work!

We chose Royal Home Improvements because they advertise on a radio station my Mum listens to -- 98.6 FM -- and their commercials were simultaneously informative and amusing: a good combination, in our opinion. Paul responded to our email inquiry very promptly and when we had the meeting at our home, he was friendly and professional and presented a portfolio for us to keep regarding the extensive experience and quality of the company's work. We were impressed. Paul listened to our wish list for the renovation, took the measurements for our kitchen and wasted no time getting providing an estimate right then and there. We signed on!
During the project, we changed our minds about a few things, but Paul and the designer, Coco, were wonderful. They responded to any text or email inquiry with little or no delay. Coco was a blast to work with! There were some delays that couldn't be helped and our project manager changed during the job, but we were very satisfied with the results. In fact, we've hired them on to add more cabinets to the kitchen and do some work in our basement! We are a repeat customer, and that is likely one of the best recommendations available.
