I've had my dog Louvie for less than a year now and I've only ever brought him to Hot Hounds for his grooming needs. Each and every time he's been there, he comes back looking like a brand new dog! They do an amazing job and you can tell that they genuinely love and enjoy working with the pups! It is very obvious when Louvie does not feel comfortable with a person/place and he's always a little nervous going in BUT he never puts up a fight - both Debbie and Diana clearly make him feel really comfortable (regardless of the nerves)! The prices are great as well! I highly recommend Hot Hounds! :)

It isn't easy finding a groomer that you can trust with your fur baby but Debbie and Diana are the perfect duo - both are extremely sweet and personable, obvious dog lovers and do a wonderful job grooming my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They are so sweet to my little Miss Maple and it's made apparent every time she pulls me into the store with her tail wagging!

Debbie was very caring to our dog and we felt very comfortable leaving him with her for the first time. She gave him her full attention and we really appreciated the 1 on 1. We had a great consultation and she paid attention to everything that we asked for. We didn't feel rushed and we would recommend Hot Hounds to anyone looking for a groomer. Great service, friendly staff and a calming atmosphere for the doggo. We will definitely be coming here exclusively.

Debbie is AMAZING! Thank you so much. My dog was hospitalized and needed a lot of TLC and was in desperate need of a proper grooming. She did a wonderful job and treated him with great care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, competent and caring groomer. Thank you again.
