Regardless of my misunderstanding Colin had a very relaxed and detailed chat with me about the work he does and what is needed to setup a reef aquarium. “This location has an excellent store manager that helped us immensely with the questions we had. He even called the SPCA about a discrepancy on their website about their animal stock. Long story short the SPCA said an animal was at their store and it wasn't. He called around and found out where the animal was held and also found out that it had been adopted. Then gave us some other locations of places that could help us specifically. This went way beyond the role and ended up helping us find our pet. It's clear to see that love of animals is what drives this manager and it shows. I will definitely be returning to this location.”
