Madeleine is the one! Amazing in every way. I have been going there for a while and I highly recommend her. Electrolysis, eyebrows, facial.. whatever you need. She treats you like a human being and not a business transaction. If you want someone to give you an honest opinion, Madeleine is the one.

I've been coming to Joanne Lipp European Skin Care every week since February and I'm very pleased with the results of my Electrolysis. I find them to be friendly, professional, honest people... and reasonably priced as well! I will add It takes multiple sessions, good aftercare with the right products and patience to see good results. And I have GREAT results. There's a reason why they've been in Streetsville for as long as they have ... they know what they're doing! I will definitely rely on them for all my future skin care needs.

Almost all of the reviews were excellent, so I thought I'd take a chance on getting some electrolysis. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I was concerned and scared. I thought it might be an pleasant and painful experience. But it was wonderful, because the staff are so experienced and knowledgeable, they make you feel comfortable, even if it's your first time.

I come for electrolysis and go to Sonia every time. She is very friendly and funny and does a great job during the treatments. I have not used any of their other services (facials, microblading) but would recommend electrolysis from here. I referred one of my best friends already! I would suggest trying out different staff to see whose style you like the most. Personally, I love Sonias technique! The front desk staff, Patricia is friendly and always very welcoming!

I have struggled with facial hair for many many years and have gone to a number of spas over the years but the treatments were not very successful. Recently I visited Joanne Lipp European Skin Care and I am very pleased with their electrolysis service, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt comfortable and welcomed and the treatments are really helping. I can’t thank them enough!
