  I brought my 2017 Ford Mustang in for a repair on my driver side door. there were two major dents. one in the middle of the door and another on the accent groove witch other shops I received quotes from stated they would be unable to fix to a degree of acceptance and they would need to replace the entire door skin.
  
  I came into Taurus to see Sam through recommendation of a long time friend and have the team look at the door and he ensured myself that he would be able to fix the door with no worries. I felt confident and unworried the moment I walked in and the entire time my vehicle was at the shop.
  
  I dropped off my car on Monday morning and received a call back on Wednesday stating my car would be ready to pick up on Thursday.
  
  Sam waited after hours for me to finish at the office and come to the shop to pick up my car Thursday evening, something he did not have to do.
  
  I was more than satisfied with the work and service which Sam and the Taurus Team showed me. I have been looking for a reliable body shop for a few years and I have now found one. My car was returned to me fully washed and detailed, interior and exterior. It felt as if I drove it off the lot the day I bought it.
  
  The negative reviews here are ones that I cannot see being justified as I have been blown away with the quality, and kindness I have received with the team.
  
  I have already referred my mother and two of my co workers whom need work done to go to Taurus. Giving my stamp of approval or recommendation is one thing I do not give lightly and I will be returning with my second vehicle and would recommend Taurus Auto Collision confidently.

  In my recent experience; my vehicle broke down across the street from their shop around 12-noon and needed any type of assistance to get me back behind the wheel. As someone how commutes to Cambridge, I had to try and find someone to locate the issue and repair it before EoD; or I would have had stayed the night / Uber all the way home. After meeting the owners, I felt that they understood my current situation and did what they could to assist me as soon as possible. From the friendliness of the staff at the front desk to the compassion shown towards my current situation to get my car in order again by both having their team push my car into their garage from across the street and also staying late to ensure the work was done to get me home. Thanks again.

  I would highly recommend this body shop! Sam and his mechanics did an amazing job on my vehicle, it looked even better than it did before. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, Hamlet was amazing! He alleviated all insurance hassles , while going above and beyond to arrange shuttles, rental cars and thoroughly updated me throughout the entire process. The staff even helped identify another problem that was caused by a different shop, and assisted me with getting this secondary problem sorted out. Go here if you want to deal with honest, genuine, experienced mechanics!

  Although my partner was the one who dealt with them directly, I was very happy when I came to pick up my car. It looked as good as new. Except for the minor issue with the driver's seat belt adjustment which they quickly fixed the next day, they have patiently complied with my partner's requests. Overall I am happy with the service and the personal touch from the owner dealing directly to make sure his customer is happy. Highly recommend this place.
