The Valleywoods

We love this apartment. It is clean, well maintained - the 2 or 3 maintenance orders I've had to put in (for small things) were responded to within a day or so - the management and maintenance team are all very kind and friendly. It is also so close to Square One, Sheridan, Mississauga Valley Community Center is right down the road... basically anything else you could ever need. There's also a little park in the complex all the kids play at, a pool open in the summer time too!
My husband, son, and I have really enjoyed living here and hope to continue to do so! If you're looking for an apartment that is clean (we have NEVER had an issue with bugs, rodents, any of the usual apartment pests), close to all the essentials, and fair rent pricing for the desirable area it is in, this is it!

Great apartment building. Well maintained and the management clearly care about their tenants. They are quick to respond to issues and the apartments are very clean and well maintained. Great neighbors as well and a lovely mix of different people in the building.
