Edit: Big full lobby renovation happening end of February 2023. I'm looking forward to seeing the end results when they're all done! Starting date February 27 , 2023. Project completion timeline is approximately 5 months from start date. Going to look real nice

As a renter my only complaint is that the hot tub has been closed since March 2022. Elevators work fine, very quiet building - solidly built, not like the cardboard buildings in Toronto. Management is quick to reply and attentive. Very child friendly building.

They turn AC and heat on pretty early, garage is awesome, no pets allowed in the building so less noise. Overall my partner and I are fans of the building and the location. Residents here are also very nice and respectful. The security/concierge are great and the superintendent is awesome.

EDIT: Hot tub opened 2 days after posting this!

EDIT 2: Went to try it, was not hot. Is back under maintenance about 4-6 days after posting this

A little cold no windows

Lots of parking

Almost a 30 years old building but the upkeep has been nice. Compared to the newer box condos around the place, these have relatively larger square footage.

The location is just great with multiple parks, groceries, hair cuts, drug mart, pizza pizza, restaurants & Misssauga Celebration Square at walking distance.
