“I've been bringing my business here few times already and I must say it's a small jewellery store in Mississauga but they have a wider variety of selections than most stores. Tam and Nancy helped us pick out our engagement rings and we're truly satisfied with their service and honest opinions. I'm shocked to see that there are quite a few bad reviews on here, and I'm sad to know that they've had a bad experience with the owners. They're honestly genuine folks who want to help. I guess my only suggestion for future shoppers deciding on which store to shop at would be not to trust the reviews and just let your experience speak for itself.”

“Great service and pricing. My chain broke and was estimated to cost $60.00-$80.00 at a mainstream jeweler. The same repair cost $12.00 with these people. The turnaround time was 3 day versus 2 weeks and the mainstream jeweler. It is located in an older neighborhood so the cost difference of the location reflects the pricing. The store front is a bit confusing when you first look at it. There is an older sign in green which the neighborhooding store took over the previous space a while back. Right beside is the current store and signage in yellow. Great experience and would come back. Highly recommend!”

“I thought they were great! I had some jewellery that I wanted back after I took it in April 17 and it's now August and they had no problem extending my time until the 2nd of Aug. I had an injury which kept me from going each moth to renew my time limit but like I say had no problem doing it over the phone. The only person who gave me a bit of attitude was a young kid I could tell by his voice when he said he couldn't understand why somebody could not afford $8 a month? I never find it necessary to tell my personal problems but of course by his attitude I did so I had to explain that I'd had a work injury where a washing machine had fallen on me so I was off work and the car had broken down so I had no way in as I told him I lived in Milton . He agreed that on the next Tuesday I will be in to pay but the way he said "see you AGAIIIN ON TUESDAY!" was more attitude from him but all over the did help and their borrowing rates are cheap so yes I would advise this pawn shop to anybody! :-) just if your going to be late don't get the young kid because he doesn't seam to understand that people are human and we do get sick from time to time. Other than him GREAT PLACE WITH GOID QUALITY.. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, Jay”
