“When the Drug Basics at Hurontario and Eglinton closed down, my account was transferred over to this branch. It's not as close as the Drug Basics was, but I usually only go to the pharmacy every two or three months for refills. Plus, it's in the grocery store, so I'm going to be shopping anyway. When I call for refills, if there's any problem, I get a call back if they're low on stock. I've had one medication that I was running out of, and they managed to give me 5 pills to tide me over until the supplier was able to fulfill the order at the warehouse. When my doctor wrote up a prescription incorrectly (the dosage as written was excessive), they've called the doctor and confirmed the correct dosage. And whenever I get a new prescription, they walk me through any possible side-effects and the like. It's hard to get enthused about a pharmacy, but they're competent, and recommended.”

They are willing to answer questions with a smile and make phone calls to your Dr. if your insurance does not cover to get permission for something else. They have been very helpful always. If it is busy it is because people are getting wiser that they actually care and will take their time to do whatever they can do for you. They will even offer to call you when things are ready or will get things ordered just for you. If you have repeats just call ahead and they will call you when ready.”
