“I saw a girl’s nails at shop ( they were fab) I asked where she got them done and it was here at Paradise N. This is my second time getting my tips done at this salon and I’m so happy w their service. My nails last for almost a month and they look great throughout (even w a 4 year and dog, shores etc). They didn’t crack and typically for me they split in the corners and they haven’t. The embellishments and so beautiful (ask for the crystals they don’t look cheap). I will post some pics. “I made an appointment for a pedicure at Victoria's Spa and Salon. It was my first time there and I just wanted to try out the place. When I arrived, I was greeted by Liset who told me that she will prepare the water. A couple of minutes later she asked me to come over to one of the pedicure chairs and for about five minutes I enjoyed soaking my feet in the warm circulating water. It was quite a relaxing feeling. Liset then came and we started chatting. She was very personable and it was one of those conversations where there were no awkward pauses or any silence. We just continued on talking as she did the pedicure. She kept checking with me when filing the nails and scrubbing the soles of my feet if it was ok with me or was it too strong. I really appreciated this. The pedicure lasted a little more than an hour and my feet looked so beautiful. I was really very happy with my experience at Victoria's Spa and I would highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be going back. One general point which I really liked about this spa is that it was not super busy like many other nail places that I have seen which are just packed and everything is rushed. So once again, do try it out. I'm sure you'll like it. ”

Angelo was wonderful - professional, polite, and made sure I wasnt in any pain during the process. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the membership setup where money is automated and will be removed from the account I know a monthly basis- what if I don't go per month? Overall, I will visit again in a few months if I can't make it downtown as the location is quite convenient!”

“This is my go-to hair salon! I love having coloured hair and they always do a great job with mine. Sometimes when I don't have a good idea of what I want and the ladies would help me with colour suggestion and they never disappoint! It's also a plus that it's so close to the Meadowvale town centre, I usually drop by after grocery shopping or picking things up at the library and the closeness really goes help with my schedule. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Found this spa from groupon. I called to book my appointment for Jan but there was no availability until March...as they take groupon bookings on some specific days. The spa is quite hidden so you have to pay attention to the sign by the road. On my appointment day I was required to come about 10mins before time as I was a first time client and needed to fill a health form. I got a body scrub & deep cleansing facial for about $52 (thanks groupon) Which is usually about $140. I enjoyed every bit of it. It was relaxing, my skin was happy & my face was glowing. The staff was nice & answered all the questions I had. I will definitely recommend this spa”

“I once went to another salon who messed up my hair but I did come by this other salon where I was greeted by a nail technician under the name Joanna. She was so kind. I didn’t book an appointment since I didn’t know many people there. I know that one of my friends did go here before so I did give it a try and they did an amazing job. Before quarantine I went to this salon where I got my hair cut and they couldn’t provide me with what I wanted. It was too short and they didn’t know how to communicate to customers saying things difficult for me to understand and gossiping behind my back. When I went here all the hair dressers communicated with me and they didn’t talk in a different language behind my back. They what they’re doing and my hair had certainly became what I wanted it to be. You should definitely do your hair with Cindy since she knows what she’s doing and knows how to handle hair well. She told me that she was also an aesthetician and she knows how to do facials very well. I didn’t do one since it wasn’t allowed but she told me to give her my phone number so that she could contact me when it is eventually allowed by the government. Cindy is definitely a work of art. She very energetic and gives a happy and comical vibe when you do hair with her. She laughs and tells a lot of humor to her customers so they remain in a good mood while still staying focused on doing your hair. Cindy earned this review because she knows what she does and enjoys doing it.”

“I have been seeing Avni for Botox for nearly 2 years now and she is amazing!! I have a very bad phobia of needles but Avni is so calming and honestly all you feel is a tiny poke. Each time I see Avni she is up front and honest about how much I need and never tries to inject more than necessary (in fact, she likes to do the least amount of units possible to achieve the results I want). I like a more natural look and you honestly cannot tell that I have done Botox - in fact unless I tell people, they would never know! I just get comments on how my skin "glows" and how fresh I look :) The Botox for my crows feet is especially great as it 'lifts' my entire eye area and makes such a world of difference. I would highly recommend Avni and the MD Beauty Clinic - each experience I have there is fantastic!”
