“I had called before going in and spoke with Diljot who very patiently answered all my inquiries. Even at the counter his interaction with customers was top notch he was pleasant and happy to answer any questions. The following day i went in to drop off my package and it was a seamless process. There was no line up so zero wait time and the service was fast which is always great. There was slight miscommunication as i was sending packages back to adidas so i needed to print the prepaid ups labels that would ship the items back to ups i was told $1.37 but that is the charge for paper prints and for labels i was charged $6 something (2 labels). For future it would be best to seek more clarification from the customer given that the items on the counter that were being dealt with were to be sent out so printing regular paper prints should have never been an option.”

“LOVE this place- great quality printing, great prices, and they accommodate rush jobs with no issues. I've had fairly complex printing (bound catalogues and booklets) done on the same day with no extra fees, and they looked beautiful. I've printed in the past at other places that not only cost more and charged a rush fee but that required that I pick up the following day (or later). Denise is great and really goes out of her way to accommodate whatever you need, it's been so easy to just send her documents by email and have them ready for pick up for when I need them.”

“Canada Post post office is part of the Shoppers Drug Mart in Erin Mills Town Centre. As the store is by the South West entrance to the mall it is easily accessible without going trough the mall. The post office is busy at times as they carry all regular Canada Post services such as parcel delivery and shipping, stamps sales and registration. Unfortunately post office pen time are limited to mall opening times.”

The drivers vary, where sometimes they will take the time to ring the door bell, and other times will just leave a note and don't bother seeing if anyone is home. Have always had great experiences with the post office staff, the drivers on the other hand, I've had mixed experiences, both positive and negative.”
