A close, tight-knit community, friendly and welcoming trainers, fun workouts set to pumped up music. The pricing and scheduling are great, they've got classes nearly every hour every weekday, and morning classes on weekends, so whatever your schedule, there's no excuse to skip a workout. Not that I've ever needed one :)

One of the best gyms. I have been to several gyms in my life and CrossFit Ark by far is my favourite ever. The facility is remarkable and the trainers are world class. If you are looking for place where you train like a pro and feel appreciated for doing so look no further. I gained not only a great strength and physic but I also got educated on many things.

Gym was clean and well kept. Great welcoming feeling when you walked which not all crossfit gyms have. Staff super friendly and approachable. Keep up the great work.

Huge space with ample equipment. Members are friendly and supportive of each other's success. Coaches and owners are very committed to members and effective fitness programming. There is a variety of fitness classes offered, crossfit, Quickfit, rowing, youth and strength classes offered. The schedule has over 100 classes per week.
