Pilates by Rina

I went to my first class today and the minute I walked in I felt positive energy in the space. The class sizes are small and my instructor today was very kind and patient. I wanted to start pilates not just for the physical benefits but also for my own mental health and I felt great leaving the space. I will definitely be back for more classes. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your morning class.

Rina genuinely cares about all of her clients and draws from her broad knowledge and experience to get results regardless of challenges. The other members of her team are equally prepared and committed. You need to come to this studio!! Those new year’s resolutions are looming….

Rina is an excellent Pilates teacher! She has a keen eye and is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and Pilates. Rina takes great pride as a Pilates teacher and it shows through in every lesson. Rina and her studio are amazing! She is exceptionally well trained and so generous with her knowledge. I've trained with Rina for just over a year, and the changes to my body are incredible - both in weight loss and strength! I used to travel by GO Bus from Toronto to see her! She will guide you through an awesome workout, both in-person and virtually! No matter your age or body size, Rina will welcome you with open arms. I'm truly fortunate to have found her and her studio!!

I am so glad I decided to go to this studio. Rina is an amazing pilates instructor and uses the best equipment and techniques centered around my own needs. I have continued with one on one sessions with the most amazing results. Nothing else has worked for me to lose weight and become stronger. I also used to go to a chiropractor and now don't need to anymore. I feel the most fit I've ever been. I highly recommend Rina's studio. I will definitely continue on with the classes and one on one instruction. So worth it!
