This company is top notch. I was in middle of closing a sale unable to locate my land survey. In fact, a number of real estate lawyers nor surveyors could locate it. Despite this company not doing the initial land survey for the home, they were able to track down who the original builder was, who did the initial survey, and get a copy of it for me to proceed with the sale. All that work was done within 24 hours and delivered to me. They didn’t have to do this, but they went above and beyond for me. This is the type of company I would trust anytime. Not because they did something complimentary, but also because they went above and beyond without anyone asking them to. If anyone ever needs to utilize their services, I would go to them first before anyone else. The response rate is phenomenal and they are genuine and kind people. I needed a survey done for a land development project in Barrie. Of the three surveyors I called for a quote, theirs was the best price, and had a quick turn around. One didn’t even get back to me. And the other wanted way too much money. All in very happy and wanted to leave a review.
