I would like to thank the entire team at FIlCan for the thoroughly amazing service which I receive. Quality services than doesn’t cost the earth.
I had a bad experience with another agency and have been very cynical since then but since I have been using FIlCan, I have seen that ‘good care’ actually does exist! . It is a huge privilege to be able to experience it. The carers always were especially good taking care of me and understanding of my disability., especially MAria ! Very best here, I recommend wholeheartedly.

I met Florence my Live-in Caregiver from FilCan when I was in my darkest moment of my life. All my family and friends , without exception, have recognised that Florence - has been good to me and given me my life back. I was quite depressed with my health condition, and the poor quality of life I had before she came here. I was very resistant to having a live in carer initially but without Florence my condition and quality of life would have deteriorated to nothing. Without sounding dramatic, I owe my life to Florence and FilCan Home Care Services. They have cared for me like my own Family.

I had several discussions with Charyl about providing live-in care for my elderly father, who was in the hospital at the time. I met with Charyl and one of the caregivers who works with her. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge, their professionalism, and their kindness.

I was going to give them the go-ahead to provide 24-hour a day care. However, my father's condition suddenly deteriorated. The staff at the hospital advised me that the best course of action would be for my father to remain in the hospital, in the palliative care ward.

Had it not been for that, I would have had FilCan provide 24-hour a day live-in care for my father. They had certainly earned my confidencde and my trust.

The biggest reason we chose Fi Can
was because of trust. The
caregivers go above and beyond
the call. Other agencies had
hidden fees for doing extras
like making a sandwich or walking
with your parent to the store.

We are very grateful for FilCan Home Care and all the staff for their tremendous help during the pandemic .I could not fault the attention and care my auntie has received during these very difficult times. I have felt that Cheri and staff has done everything possible to keep my auntie safe at all times and very happy.. Our family can not praise the team enough for the reassurance and trust we are able to feel when my auntie is left in their care.
