I have been training with coach Adam , owner of own your fitness since december 2020 . I initially reached out to Adam to get my husband started with workout session and ended up being a regular myself . Adam is one of the finest instructor , works with you in improving your fitness level and constantly encourages to not give up . I have greatly benefited from my work out sessions . So , If you are looking to get back in form or a great workout session I would definitely recommend reaching out to own your fitness . 👍
Adam has not nothing but amazing. He has helped me reached my fitness goals and incrementally improved my form.
Coach Adam has been training me for over 2 months now and have to say that both workout and diet plans are easy to follow and deliver results. I had signed up for a 16 weeks plan and am very happy with the results and lifestyle changes that came along.
After having my kids I had the hardest time losing weight and especially belly fat. Especially with kids and my job it didn’t leave me much time to work on my fitness. I bought a palaton and did many cycling workouts and none of it worked for losing belly fat and I know I was missing something. When I found own your fitness I knew they were the right fit. The head strategy coach led me through a detailed consultation and discovered why I wasn’t getting results. He then immediately matched me with their resistance training coach on the team and oh man I am so impressed. Their zoom training sessions are far more detailed than some trainers in person sessions. And the strength training workouts are amazing, easy and simple and very effective. I have lost about 15 lbs and in my way to meeting my goals in toning up and getting my body back!

Adam is a very hardworking and punctual fitness instructor. He takes a genuine effort in improving your form and fitness levels even in a group class setting .
He would start at a level based on your current fitness and then gradually build you up. Overall, I would highly reccomend this business.
