When I first looked into personal training at my home, I obviously consulted the most common resource nowadays - Google. I came across inhometrainer.ca and was unsure about the company and whether this would be the best in-home training company in terms of price, reputability, etc.. Sure enough, I saw that this wonderful owner, Mike was running it and found out quickly how well organized the company really is and that the company actually has an illustrious history throughout Ontario and some other parts of Canada as well and specializes in personal training at home for all ages. After then telling my goals to Mike, he then linked me to an appropriate trainer based on my goals, etc, and really was extremely friendly through conversations and willing to try and help me out, explained everything to me as I was new to personal training and all the terminology. Ultimately, he linked me up with my current trainer Tiago and he’s absolutely amazing and love the program he’s created for me . Dependable, friendly, reliable, helpful, funny, and really trying to impart his expertise to me and explain everything to me so I can achieve my goals at the utmost level. My trainer ensures that I am attaining my goals and does frequent assessments to see where I am at and what needs to change or what needs to continue. If it wasn’t for inhometrainer.ca’s great team, I would have probably missed out on such a great opportunity I am currently involved in.
