Big store. Lots of options for everything pet related whether you have dogs,cats or any other type of pet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the grooming services here as well!!!!

We did puppy training courses with Sarah at PetSmart Aurora and were very happy with the results. Sarah is a great trainer: . very knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic.

Super clean. It's huge. Has great ventilation and doesn't smell like other smaller pet stores do (i.e. the Oak Ridges location really smells). Lots of choice of products.

A nice variety of items for your pets. Good sales on; saved on dog treats. Santa was there to take pictures that they immediately email to you at no cost/no donation request.
