“Thank you so much Chubby Meows Hotel! It was a superb cat boarding experience. All the staffs are friendly and patience with my little kitty. They send me lots of photos and videos of my cat everyday. As well as telling me how my cat is doing and what they have done with her (brushing, nails trimming, checkup, etc). You can tell the staffs are all cat-lovers too! I got 24/7 access to the camera as well, so I can see my cat whenever I wanted. The camera was acting up a bit sometimes, but the staff fixed the problem right away when I contacted him. The boarding environment is very clean and tidy, just as shown as the photos on their website. We also get a little goodie bag for our cat when we check out :) Will definitely recommend this place for cat boarding, and will for sure come back if we needed your service again!”
